About Us: We are Bolton’s largest play-centre, a family business established in 2007 in Wingates Industrial Park near Westhoughton, with indoor and outdoor play areas for children aged 0-12 years. We believe in striving for the best experience for everyone and aim for our customers to have a super-smiley time with the adults enjoying their food and drinks whilst the kids run around and play.
Rates of Pay: National Standard Rates of Pay usually apply, although these may be increased for outstanding candidates.
Tips: Shared monthly (varied amounts depending on hours worked) ·
Food & Breaks: 15-minute unpaid break for shifts over 4 hours; 30-minute unpaid break with free food when worked 5 hours straight.
Discounts: on passing of 3-month probationary period our staff receive discounts on food and drink and can nominate of one child for free admission for play.
Qualifications and Training: NVQs, First Aid, Food Allergy and Fire Marshall courses are available as well as regular in-house training and updates.

You’ll need to enjoy working in a customer-facing environment and ideally have previous experience working in a role that puts the customer at the heart of everything. You’ll be able to demonstrate how your customer service skills are second to none and that you’re a natural when it comes to interacting with people of all ages. You’ll be able to think on your feet, use your initiative, and thrive in a team environment.
Our staff need to take responsibility for ensuring that all areas are ready for service and maintained to our standards. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the customers’ needs are met at all times, keeping to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome.
In summary, you must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our customers with a smile and personality.
You will be required to learn about our company and services. To qualify you must be over 17 years of age and have a good command of written and spoken English.
Our Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic in relation to Staffing and Recruitment:
