Our Offer:
Rates of Pay: National Standard Rates of Pay usually apply.
Food & Breaks: 15-minute unpaid break for shifts over 4 hours; 30-minute unpaid break with free food when worked 5 hours straight.
Discounts: on the passing of a 6-month probationary period our staff receive discounts on food and drink and can nominate one child for free admission for play.
Qualifications and Training: NVQs, First Aid, Food Allergy and Fire Marshall courses are available as well as regular in-house training and updates.

About you
We are looking for enthusiastic hardworking staff who love the buzz of working under pressure in a much-loved business. You’ll need to have a desire to succeed through hard work, loyalty, enthusiasm and respect for your colleagues - and you’ll also need to be passionate about cleaning.
You’ll need to enjoy working in a customer-facing environment and ideally have previous experience working in a role that puts the customer at the heart of everything. You’ll be able to demonstrate how your customer service skills are second to none and that you’re a natural when it comes to interacting with people of all ages. You’ll be able to think on your feet, use your initiative and thrive in a team environment.
Our staff need to take responsibility for ensuring that all areas are ready for service and maintained to our standards. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the customers’ needs are met at all times, keeping to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome.
In summary, you must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our customers with a smile and personality.
You will be required to learn about our company and services To qualify you must be over 17 years of age and have a good command of written and spoken English.
Our Centre Assistants will be working for between 8-16 hours a week any days out of seven depending on the level of business.
